We are looking for a full-time design draftsman / designing engineer with experience in metal construction and ideally in PV construction.
Your tasks:
- Personnel, organizational and technical management of production (currently 8 employees)
- Disposition and supervision of the production
- Quality assurance in production (in compliance with internal and legal regulations)
- Organization of production processes and continuous optimization of the area of responsibility
- Introduction of key performance indicators
- Direct / regular reporting to the management
What convinces us:
- Metal construction, master metalworker (or in training for this) or many years of
professional experience as a production manager in metal construction - Solid technical knowledge, metallurgical expertise and experience in mechanical
mechanical manufacturing, steel construction manufacturing - Training as IWS or several years of experience in the field of welding or additional training of great advantage
- Good knowledge in the use of CNC-controlled equipment (water-jet systems, press brakes, ...)
- Knowledge in the field of quality management of advantage
- Computer skills (MS Office, CAD knowledge)
- Structured way of working, organizational talent
- Successful communicator and motivator with good social skills and work in a multicultural environment

We are looking for a full-time design draftsman / designing engineer with experience in metal construction and ideally in PV construction.
Your tasks:
- Creation of technical drawings and associated documentation
- Construction of components ( steel & aluminium) taking into account relevant standards
- Support in the handling of PV projects
- Communication with suppliers and customers
- Occasional structural inspections of projects
What convinces us:
- Completed technical training in metal construction
- Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D design (AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Know-how in production planning and material science
- Good knowledge of MS Office
