We are looking for a full-time technical draughtsman / draughtswoman / draughtsman with experience in metal construction and ideally in PV construction to start immediately.

You can expect these tasks:

Creation of technical drawings and associated documentation.

Documentation Construction of components (steel & aluminum) in compliance with standards.

Support in the implementation of PV projects.

Communication with suppliers and customers.

Occasionally carrying out structural inspections.

We are looking for a Production Manager Metal Construction (m/f/d)

With our group of companies, we are active in sophisticated metal construction, such as photovoltaic substructures, load carriers and duplex garages.

Your responsibilities:

Head of Production & Workshop (currently 8 employees).

Monitoring production processes, planning & triggering production orders.

Capacity and deadline planning, production scheduling, optimization of processes.

Monitoring deadlines and capacity utilization, checking hours, quality assurance.

Procurement of consumables, provision of assembly material.

Contact person for welding problems, issuing instructions to workshop personnel.

Personnel, organizational and technical management of production.

Responsible for compliance with all legal & internal regulations on occupational safety & environmental protection in production.

Organization of work plans, procedures, processes & continuous improvement of methods & processes as well as production-related product optimization.

Monitoring of workshop documentation (work plans, orders, tool management).

Your profile:

Training as a metalworker or polymechanic with 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.

Further training as a metal construction workshop manager with a federal certificate, HF metal construction technician, master metal worker (or in training) or many years of experience as a production manager.

Innovative, conscientious & versatile professional with a team-oriented, solution-oriented & independent way of working as well as organizational talent & leadership flair.

Solid technical knowledge, metallurgical expertise & experience in mechanical fabrication, structural steel fabrication.

Training as an IWS or several years of experience in the field of welding is an advantage.

Good knowledge of CNC-controlled systems (e.g. water jet systems, press brakes).

Knowledge of quality management is desirable.

IT skills (MS Office, CAD knowledge an advantage).

Structured way of working, organizational talent, economic thinking & acting.

Successful communicator with fluent German & motivator with good social skills in a multicultural environment.

The field of application is the welding of assemblies made of steel or aluminum in 38.5 hours per week, no shift work.

With our group of companies, we are active in sophisticated metal construction,
such as photovoltaic substructures, load carriers and duplex garages.

What convinces us:

You are qualified and experienced in welding steel and ideally also aluminum.

You can also be deployed in sheet metal production, repair a machine and sometimes go on assembly jobs.

You are used to working independently and on your own responsibility. Ideal if you can operate a laser and have already worked on a press brake. If not, no problem, you can learn with us!

You are characterized by quality awareness and reliability.

You will also take on equivalent tasks in ongoing production.

You have experience with MS Office applications.
